Job Details
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a background in aerospace or heavy industrial manufacturing environments. This individual will be responsible for the troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of production and facility equipment, ensuring maximum uptime and safe operations across the plant floor.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures across the manufacturing facility
Maintain and repair ring rolling machines, industrial furnaces, hydraulic presses, conveyors, and forklifts
Execute scheduled preventive maintenance programs on all production equipment
Troubleshoot hydraulic circuits including pumps, valves, cylinders, and hose assemblies
Repair and replace bearings, motors, gearboxes, belts, chains, and drive train components
Conduct routine equipment inspections and document safety check results
Read and work from blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and OEM technical manuals
Operate hand tools, power tools, precision measuring instruments, and diagnostic equipment
