A bit about us

This is a second shift role from the hours of 4 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. Our client is a privately held, globally recognized manufacturer of precision forged metal components serving some of the most demanding industries in the world, including aerospace, defense, space exploration, and power generation.

Based in Southern California, this company has built its reputation on engineering excellence, rigorous quality standards, and a product line that spans seamless rolled rings, shaped forgings, forged bars, and near net shape components produced from a wide range of specialty metals and alloys.

What sets this company apart is an unwavering commitment to operational excellence at every level of the organization. From advanced heat treating and rough machining to in house testing and quality assurance, the work done on this shop floor directly contributes to aircraft, spacecraft, defense systems, and power infrastructure relied upon around the world. This is not a company that makes commodity parts.

The work is complex, the standards are high, and the mission matters.

Why join us?

This company operates on the belief that its people are its greatest competitive advantage. That philosophy shapes how it invests in its workforce, how it structures its teams, and how it approaches daily operations on the production floor.

Benefits
  • A stable, long tenured workforce in a specialized niche of advanced manufacturing where your skills are valued and your contributions are visible.
  • A culture built on accountability, transparency, and collaborative problem solving rather than siloed thinking.
  • Ongoing capital investment in equipment and facilities, meaning you will work with and help maintain modern forging, heat treating, and machining systems.
  • Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and expertise in industrial maintenance at a precision manufacturing level.
  • An environment where continuous improvement is not a buzzword but a genuine operating principle, and where people who take initiative are noticed.
