Arise Care Staff is looking to hire an experienced Case Manager Registered Nurse (RN) to work for our client healthcare facility in Paramount, CA.

Requirements:

Current California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Current BLS certification by American Heart Association
Minimum of 5 years experience working as Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager with experience in a LTAC or STACH setting, MCG, discharge planning across acute care settings, strong IDT collaboration
