This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Associate located in Paramount, CA.
We are currently seeking aSales team member to provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team and assist with office coordination. This role is essential in ensuring smooth order processing, strong customer communication, and accurate reporting – helping drive sales performance and long-term company growth. The Sales
Associate role is responsible for supporting sales operation through order processing customer follow-up, product tracking, inventory monitoring and coordination with internal teams such as the warehouse and accounting.
- Prepare and process purchase orders by verifying inventory status, price, and discounts through buyer’s EDI systems
- Follow up with buyers/customers via email, phone calls and online portals to confirm order details
- Enter sales orders into our ERP system accurately and on time
- Track the movement of products from order to delivery through order confirmations, bills of lading, packing slips, and invoices – coordinate tracking info, ship dates, ETA’s
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and report potential stock-outs due to demand changes or supply delays
- Maintain regular communication with customers, including arranging product samples for review
- Support broker communication and follow-ups as needed
- Build and maintain positive relationships with purchasing buyers
- Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) support tasks
- Assist with food trade shows and company events, including booth setup, on-site supporting during the show, and post-show follow-up such as sending samples and responding to customer requests
- Travel Requirement – approximately 5% (Food shows/ events)
- College Graduate
- Reliable, Responsible, and Detail-Oriented
- Strong Computer Skills (MS Office) with emphasis on Excel and Power Point
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Previous sales support experience is a plus
- Bilingual in Korean/English is a plus
- Full Time Job Position (Monday to Friday)
- 8-hour shift
