Account Managers should have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a proven track record in Account Management. They are responsible for establishing key account strategies, the objectives and tactics to support them, and the measures to track success./p

li Responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction./li

liBe the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with customers./li

li Maintain good business relations with existing contract customers./li

li Achieve new, add, and renew annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements./li

ul
li Assist with developing brochures, social media, and other marketing items./li
/ul
ul
li Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders./li

li Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships./li

li Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profits./li

liKeep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes./li
/ul
ul
li Conduct inside sales by contacting potential and existing customers via phone and e-mail./li

li Satisfy customers needs and requests by responding to all inquiries in a timely manner./li

li Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to management./li

liBe a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace./li
