/strong/p ul li Responsible for ensuring 100% customer satisfaction./li /ul ul liBe the primary point of contact and build new long-term relationships with customers./li /ul ul li Maintain good business relations with existing contract customers./li /ul ul li Achieve new, add, and renew annual sales quota to the desired gross margin requirements./li /ul ul li Assist with developing brochures, social media, and other marketing items./li

/ul ul li Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders./li /ul ul li Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and developing existing client relationships./li /ul ul li Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts, and agreements to maximize profits./li /ul ul liKeep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes./li
