This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Paramount, CA. The Salesperson will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage an active pipeline, and cultivate long-term relationships with customers in healthcare, industrial, commercial, and manufacturing sectors. Daily activities include conducting sales calls and visits, preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations, and recommending UV germicidal and UV curing solutions that align with client needs.
The role will involve drafting proposals and quotes, negotiating pricing and terms in coordination with management, and following up to close opportunities. The Salesperson will collaborate with technical and customer support teams, maintain accurate CRM records, monitor market trends and competitors, and participate in trade shows or industry events as needed.
- Sales and customer relationship skills, including prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation, and account management.
- Business development capabilities such as lead generation, pipeline management, and territory planning.
- Technical aptitude to learn and explain UV germicidal and UV curing products, with the ability to interpret basic specifications and applications.
- Communication skills in presenting, writing proposals, and engaging with diverse customers in healthcare, industrial, and commercial settings.
- Organizational skills for managing multiple opportunities, using CRM tools, and meeting deadlines and sales targets.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, medical devices, HVAC, or related technical fields.
- Ability to work on-site in Paramount, CA, travel locally to customer locations, and attend trade shows or industry events when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field is beneficial.
