Starting Pay
: $21-23/hour, depending on experience, plus bonus potential.

• Support foundation and concrete repair projects at residential & commercial job sites.
• Perform physical work in trenches, crawlspaces, and confined areas.
• Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Install systems using company-approved methods and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to complete jobs on time.
• Communicate with customers as needed to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

• Reliable, hard-working individuals who thrive in a structured, team-oriented environment.
• People who take pride in their craftsmanship, attention to detail, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to lift 50-100lbs semi frequently.
• A valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
• A strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results.
• Construction experience preferred, not required.
