Ensure equipment uptime and quick return-to-service by troubleshooting forging equipment;
Serve as on-site subject matter expert for PLC controls and power distribution;
Program, modify, and optimize industrial control systems including ladder logic, structured text, and function blocks;
Troubleshoot hydraulic control systems and electrical distribution in large forging equipment;
Perform preventive maintenance and support root-cause analysis for electrical/hydraulic/automation failures
