Holiday Light Installations is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Christmas Light Lead Installer to join our seasonal team in Paramount, CA! • Lead and supervise a crew of light installers on residential and commercial job sites
• Install, hang, and secure Christmas lights, wreaths, garland, and other holiday décor
• Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality guidelines
• Troubleshoot and repair lighting issues, including faulty strands and electrical connections
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding installation details and expectations
• Manage equipment, ladders, and materials efficiently throughout the workday
• Oversee takedown and proper storage of holiday lighting displays at season's end

• Prior experience in holiday light installation, landscaping, roofing, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable working at heights on ladders and rooftops in various weather conditions
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct and motivate a small crew
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage and LED lighting systems
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays
