Job Summary
Lead the requirement elicitation, design, development, testing, and deployment of complex .NET applications, ensuring high quality, adherence to standards, and timely delivery. Contribute to project planning, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities- Requirements Elicitation, Understanding, Analysis, & Management – Understand project vision, contribute to supplemental requirements, and build low‑level technical specifications.
- Project Planning, Tracking, & Reporting – Estimate tasks and resources, create detailed schedules, evaluate risks, prioritize, and report progress.
- Design – Create detailed low‑level design, propose alternate solutions, ensure business alignment, and revise based on review feedback.
- Development & Support – Build high‑priority, complex modules following functional specs and coding standards; conduct peer reviews and perform version control.
- Testing & Debugging – Participate in test design walkthroughs, perform impact analysis, assist in debugging, and raise escalations.
- Documentation – Review technical documentation for accuracy and maintain unit test results.
- Process Management – Adhere to SDLC policies, audit requirements, and best practices.
- Coaching & Mentoring – Serve as a technical subject‑matter expert, conduct training, and maintain knowledge repositories.
- 9–11 years of experience in analysis, design, and development of .NET applications.
- Proficiency with C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, or Web Forms; experience with Angular 2+ or similar front‑end frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of OOP concepts, design patterns, and architecture.
- Experience with MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, and database design.
- Version control with Git; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with automated unit testing, integration testing, and Agile/Dev Ops practices.
- Optional:
Experience with AWS services (SQS, S3, SNS, ECS), Docker, and microservices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Other RequirementsOccasional travel (up to 33% of time) or static duties if required.
