The Junior Accountant will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting team. This position is responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This entry‑level opportunity is ideal for someone beginning their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow within a professional financial services environment.

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal accounting policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by senior accounting staff.

• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience with accounting software such as Quick Books is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Experience working with clients in the CPG industry.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
