Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the accounting department, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
• Supervise and support a small accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.
• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year‑end close processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and other service providers during audits and reporting cycles.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Proficiency with Quick Books Desktop and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, SAP).
