Motor Vehicle Processor

Large Multi-Rooftop Automotive Group looking for a responsible detail oriented DMV/Motor Vehicle Processor to join our team. Applicants should have at least 1 year experience and must have fingerprints and background check already done.

• Applicant will be responsible for 3 dealerships
• Process all new and used retail/lease deals for title and registration
• Prepare and submit DMV paperwork and ensure compliance with NJ state requirements
• Verify accuracy of all documents including titles, registrations, odometer statements
• Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with dealership and state requirements
• Handle corrections for rejected or returned paperwork
• Ensure all paperwork is processed within required deadlines
• Assemble inspection stickers to put with license plates and registrations
• Additional office duties when necessary

• CDK Knowledge
• Vitu processing knowledge
• Minimum 1 year experience in a dealership environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Understanding of state title and registration regulations
• Ability to handle high volumes of paperwork and prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and able to maintain confidentiality
• Must be fingerprinted and have had background check done
