Billing Coordinator $95-100K + Bonus Paramus, NJ (Hybrid)

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support its team. This position will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring invoice accuracy, and serving as a key point of contact for billing-related matters.

• Prepare, review, and distribute client invoices in accordance with billing requirements.
• Manage electronic billing submissions and ensure compliance with client guidelines.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and account issues.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
• Process billing adjustments, write-offs, and other account updates as needed.
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with reporting and other billing-related projects.

• 3+ years of billing experience, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
• Experience with legal billing software such as Elite, Aderant, or similar platforms.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
