Automotive Service Director​/Service Manager

Paramus Chevrolet, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director / Service Manager to lead our high-volume dealership service department.

This leadership role is ideal for a proven automotive service manager who can drive profitability, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong team leadership.

• $175,000 – $200,000 earning potential (inclusive of bonuses and commission) per year

• Manage daily operations of the automotive service department
• Lead service advisors, technicians, and support staff
• Monitor technician productivity, service KPIs, and department profitability
• Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) and retention
• Oversee service scheduling, workflow, and repair quality
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer policies and warranty procedures
• Work closely with the parts and sales departments
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain a positive service experience

• 5+ years Automotive Service Manager or Service Director experience
• Experience running a high-volume dealership service department
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to analyze reports and improve service department performance
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
