- Deliver exceptional customer experience (CSI-focused service)
- Greet customers and write repair orders accurately
- Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services
- Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services
- Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch
- Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed
- Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
- Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
- Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
- Strong communication & closing skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a results-driven mindset
