Automotive Service Advisor / Consultant (High Income Potential)

$75,000 – $100,000+ Income Potential (Base + Commission + Bonuses)
Paramus Chevrolet, part of the award-winning VIP Automotive Group, is actively hiring a top-performing Automotive Service Advisor / Service Consultant to join our high-volume, high-earning service department.
If you have dealership experience, strong CSI scores, and a proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair services, this is a rare opportunity to maximize your earnings and grow within a leading dealer group.
Compensation & Earning Potential- $75,000 – $100,000+ Total Compensation

- Greet customers and write repair orders accurately
- Diagnose customer concerns and recommend services
Upsell maintenance, repairs, and additional services - Provide estimates for parts, labor, and timelines
- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
- Manage workflow and coordinate with shop dispatch
- Ensure repair orders are properly documented and closed
- Maintain consistent follow-up to increase retention
- Build long-term customer relationships and loyalty
- 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor experience (REQUIRED)
- Dealership experience preferred (Chevy / GM a plus)
- Proven track record of high CSI and sales performance
- Strong communication & closing skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a results-driven mindset
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
