What We're Looking For:

Class A and/or B level Mercedes-Benz technicians with 5-7+ years of experience in a dealership setting

Up-to-date ASE and Mercedes-Benz certifications

Advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems

Proficient in engine and transmission repair/replacement, electrical and drivability diagnostics

Familiarity with Xentry and manufacturer-specific diagnostic platforms

Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You’ll Do:

Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Mercedes-Benz vehicles

Use factory-approved tools and systems to ensure precision and compliance

Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards

Document work performed accurately in the RO system

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and contribute to a collaborative service culture

Total Rewards The flat rate range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
