ResponsibilitiesEnsure order fulfilment and communicate with customers to deliver the best customer service. Order processing, align on execution with supply chain partners & complete order administration cycle
Responsibilities (Additional)• Order & fulfilment process:
Receive & Manage order receipt, schedule delivery routes, monitor order flow and delivery plan execution, raise potential issues, measure performance of 3PL WH, monitor KPI.
• Cost control & continuous improvement:
Manage our WH activities and Distribution in the most efficient way, continually looking for ways to reduce cost and improve our KPI’s. Engage in cost reduction activities, savings initiatives and more.
• 3PL WH and inventory — Manage inventory accuracy and receipts, monitor WH activity and processes.
• Support operations efforts and cross department efforts.
• IT (SAP/EDI) systems in operation:
Manage ASKI interface and become an ‘operations expert’ of our SAP & EDI operation systems and processes in order to support the group in the most efficient way.
• Work closely with AR to manage ‘at risk customers’ while following our internal processes
• Ensure On Time and correct invoicing / POD and alignment of WH information and SAP information
• Work with customers, WH, sales team etc… to get all relevant information that is needed to support the activity of the group (sales, Finance & operation) … and any other responsibilities that will ensure smooth operation processes in OSEM USA
Education & experience- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or operations, If no degree then min 4-5 years’ experience in a similar customer service, operations, logistic position.
• Excellent excel skills is a must. - Working in FMCG companies — advantage.
- Experienced in SAP (Business One) — advantage
- Excellent– communicator and interpersonal skills.
- Data detail oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, especially in excel required.
- Problem solver with a drive for performance.
- Pro-active, result oriented and operating independently.
- Structured with good overview, strong in time management & ability to prioritize.
- Must be highly organized.
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment.

The approximate pay range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
