Adjunct - Business

Bergen Community College is accepting applications for adjunct positions in the division of Business, Arts and Social Sciences for Summer and Fall 2026. Below are the disciplines we are currently hiring for and the requirements for each.

The Business Department offers majors in economics, accounting, management, marketing, finance and hospitality.

• MBA or other Masters in a business‑related field required.
• Minimum of one year of college teaching experience in related business courses, preferably including community college teaching experience.
• Experience working in business industry required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, technical skills, and attention to detail.
• Technologically proficient in common office desktop software and familiarity with cloud‑based collaborative software and platforms; knowledge of Moodle, Canvas, and other applications is preferred.

• Adjuncts with a Master's receive $960 per credit.
• Tuition waiver for BCC courses for themselves or their dependents.
• ABP and 403(b) benefits.
