QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School diploma.
2. Excellent character references.
3. Effective oral and written expressions.
4. Experience working in day care center and/or with children ages eight (8) weeks to six (6) years - preferred.
5. Able to work a flexible schedule as necessary.
6. One or more courses in child growth and development - preferred.
7. Such alternatives to the above qualification as the Board deems appropriate and acceptable under state law.
8. New Jersey residency required within (1) year from date of hire.
