Fever is seeking a highly organized Project Delivery and Client Coordinator to oversee construction and installation projects on-site in Paramus, NJ. This independent contractor role requires hands-on management as the bridge between stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
You will manage pre-planning through final turnover, conduct weekly site walks, document progress, and maintain risk and punch lists while coordinating with AHJs and inspectors.
