Graphic Design & Communication Associate

Onsite in Paramus, NJ and part time (12 to 20 hours per week), this Graphic Design & Communication role supports IKEA US's Interior Design & Visual Merchandising team by creating and maintaining in-store graphic communications. You'll help ensure brand-consistent messaging across the store, while partnering with leadership on store-specific printed materials.

• Execute the department graphic communication action plan to grow the business and increase profitability
• Produce and install in-store graphic communications that align with the IKEA concept and visual brand identity
• Ensure graphic communication implementation is cost-efficient and supports IKEA's sustainability initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership to design store-specific printed materials
• Stay current on graphic communication and retail trends

• 2 to 3 years of graphic design experience
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and pre-press production tools
• Associate's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field (preferred)

• Hours: 12 to 20 hours per week
• Availability required between 7:00AM to 3:30PM from Monday to Friday
• Some weekends shifts are required based on business needs, remodels, and special projects
