Guest Services Representative

The Guest Services Rep is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, and visitors by creating a welcoming environment, assisting with inquiries, and supporting front desk operations. This role serves as a liaison between departments and ensures a smooth and positive experience for all guests.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
• Hospitality/ Hotel experience preferred

• Greet and assist families and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and manage phone calls, voicemails, and messages promptly
• Coordinate scheduling, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of appointments
• Serve as a liaison between departments and communicate issues to management
• Provide directions, tours, and general information about the facility
• Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and care
• Maintain knowledge of the facility and nearby amenities to assist visitors
• Assist with guest room coordination and support services as needed
• Manage office tasks such as inventory, faxing, copying, and mail distribution
• Utilize computer systems and software to support daily operations
