Front Desk Reception Supervisor

A large family-owned and operated multi-rooftop Automotive Group in Paramus, NJ, is seeking a professional, highly motivated Front Desk Reception Supervisor to join our team. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive work environment where employees can grow and succeed.

This position is ideal for an organized, energetic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple responsibilities. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Important:
This role requires a flexible schedule. Candidates must be available to work varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire, train, schedule, and supervise front desk reception staff across three dealership locations
  • Provide front desk coverage as needed to ensure seamless operations
  • Make customer follow-up calls to support our commitment to outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Organize and maintain marketing reports
  • Consolidate and manage customer information within our CRM system
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming experience for all customers and guests
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to travel between all three dealership locations as needed
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Exceptional phone and communication abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Previous supervisory, reception, customer service, or automotive experience is a plus
