- Monday – Thursday 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Friday 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- 5‑Day Work Week – One day during the week off.
As an Automotive Showroom Receptionist, you will serve as the face of the dealership, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment for every guest. You will assist customers, answer phones, support dealership operations, and help ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast‑paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet showroom customers and provide a warm, professional welcome
- Determine the nature of each customer’s visit and direct them appropriately
- Notify sales consultants when customers arrive
- Introduce customers to the appropriate sales or service team members
- Provide brochures, dealership information, and basic assistance to customers
- Answer general customer inquiries and route more detailed questions to the appropriate department
- Serve as the dealership’s primary telephone operator
- Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed
- Maintain accurate customer records and dealership information
- Stock vehicles into CDK dealership management system
- Create and manage vehicle key tags
- Enter and maintain key inventory records
- Assist with dealership organization and operational support tasks
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction
- Help create a welcoming, customer‑focused showroom environment

- Previous Receptionist, Front Desk, Customer Service, Administrative Assistant, Retail, Hospitality, or Automotive Experience
- Experience with CDK or Other Dealership Management Systems
- Automotive Dealership Experience
