QUALIFICATIONS:
* Possess appropriate New Jersey DOE Certificate Teacher of English #1410
* Master's Degree preferred.
* Demonstrated experience teaching highly motivated high school students preferred.
* Expertise in developing students' analytical, presentation and writing skills.
* Passion for teaching and desire to support students in the learning process.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
* New Jersey residency required within one (1) year from date of hire.
Compensation Rate/Range: $60,588 - $117,231
