Terms:
Tenure-Track 10 Month school year Eligible for health benefits Position is associated with the terms and conditions of the negotiated Agreement between the Educational Association of Paramus (EAP) and the Board of Education.

Principal and Supervisor of School Counseling Job Goal:
To guide students through the critical transition to adulthood by providing comprehensive college and career planning, vital social-emotional and academic support, and by serving as a strategic advocate who ensures every student meets success.
Qualifications:
New Jersey School Counselor Certification Salary:
Starting salary of $57,547.00 Placement on the Education Association of Paramus (EAP) Salary Guide, in accordance with experience and related qualifications Application:
