Position:
Middle School Vice Principal, 12 months West Brook Middle School Effective Date: school year Job Goal:
To assist the principal in fulfilling his chief responsibility of promoting the educational development of each student in the school. Employment
Terms:
Twelve-month year; tenure-track position Full-time; eligible for health insurance benefits Terms and conditions of employment to be specified in the negotiated Agreement between the Board of Education and the Paramus Association of School Principals.

Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Educational Administration and/or a specific content area 2. New Jersey Principal Certification
3. Experience as a successful supervisor/administrator 4. At least five consecutive years of successful teaching experience. Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications. Evaluation:
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative Personnel.
