Human Resources Operations Specialist

• Execute operational People & Culture activities, collaborating with other Specialists as needed to deliver an excellent co‑worker experience.
• Ensure and execute delivery of learning activities at the unit/function level, including legally required trainings.
• Ensure local employer communication activities, including events, are consistent, well perceived, and build on the IKEA brand.
• Deploy services required to be executed at a local level such as uniforms, contracts, timekeeping and parts of payroll administration.
• Manage local on‑ and off‑boarding activities as main contact person, including equipment, access and welcome day.
• Execute operational P&C activities at unit/function level, collaborating with other specialists and acting as point of contact when the helpdesk is insufficient or for escalation.
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate and influence individuals and teams across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrate experience in designing internal processes and leveraging new systems to improve operations.
• Show a passion for people and commitment to fostering a people‑centric environment.
• Display strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Prove ability to exercise independent decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment.

• Minimum 2 years of People & Culture experience.

Salary range: $89,487 – $128,400 per year.
