Location: Paramus, NJ (In-Office)
Compensation: $80,000–$200,000 (Base Salary + Commission + Benefits)
What You'll Do- Working company-generated leads to build relationships with mortgage brokers and real estate investors nationwide
- Learning how to analyze financing opportunities and structure lending solutions
- Managing an active pipeline using Salesforce CRM
- Communicating professionally by phone, email, text, and video meetings
- Achieving individual production goals while contributing to a collaborative team culture
This isn't simply a sales position; it's an opportunity to build long term expertise in commercial real estate finance.
You'll receive hands‑on training in:- Credit and risk evaluation
- Deal structuring
- Relationship management
- Sales strategy and negotiation

- Recent college graduates (or graduating soon)

- Analytical and comfortable working with numbers
