The Beauty Counter Manager provides personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, makeup and skincare recommendations, and counter business management.
Responsibilities- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
- Manage vendor events and promotions, and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Keep the department organized and customer-ready, build customer loyalty, and support sales transactions.
- Stay current on beauty trends and products through training and industry knowledge.
- Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare.
- Strong customer connection, communication, multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to pursue sales goals, use networking and technology, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and ability to meet the physical demands of the role.
