• Join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals providing Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment services to our clients.
• Provide elite-level care to adolescents seeking treatment by evaluating behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs.
• Provide personalized treatment plans specific to individual needs.
• Facilitate all clinical services for clients including individual and family sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/outpatient provider contact.
• Provide detailed and personalized aftercare planning and community outreach resources/referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Required:
  
  Master's degree in human services or related field and able to obtain licensure within 1 year of hire.
• Required:
  
  LSW/LAC/LCSW/LPC (or are in the process of obtaining).
