Occupational Health Program Manager; RN

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and oversee our Occupational Medicine program. This is a clinical leadership role combining direct patient care, regulatory oversight, team supervision, and program strategy.

Clinical & Patient Care

• Provide direct care including assessments, wound care, medications, screenings, and vaccinations
• Perform occupational health testing (EKGs, drug screens, audiometry, vision, etc.)
• Respond to workplace injuries and urgent situations
• Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
• Partner with the Medical Director to oversee the Occupational Medicine program
• Supervise and mentor clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CDC, HIPAA, and related regulations
• Manage medical surveillance programs and workplace health initiatives
• Monitor KPIs and use data to improve program performance
• Serve as liaison for audits and employer partnerships

• BSN required;
  Master’s preferred
• 3+ years of leadership experience in occupational or employee health
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, Workers’ Comp, ADA, FMLA, and related standards
• Experience with EMR systems and reporting tools
• Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
