We're a boutique, private-pay agency serving Bergen County families who want attentive, relationship-driven care for their loved ones. Small enough to know your name. Serious enough to pay you what you're worth.

• Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
• Companionship – real conversation, shared activities, being present.
• Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders.
• Transportation to appointments and errands.
• Communicating updates directly to family members and our care coordinator.

We don't pile on 30 bullet points and call it culture. You'll be heard. Our care coordinator is reachable – not just "on-call". You'll be matched thoughtfully. We don't drop you into a random case; we talk to you first. You'll be recognized. We notice reliability, warmth, and going the extra mile – and we say so. You'll have stable hours.

We aim to build consistent client relationships, not scramble-and-fill scheduling.

• $20–$22/hr based on experience and case type.
• Bi-weekly direct deposit.
• Paid orientation and ongoing training.
• Holiday premium pay.
• Paid for time driving between clients.
• Mileage reimbursement for client transportation.
• Early wage access (through Tapcheck).

• Active NJ CHHA or HHA certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, and our team.
• Someone who genuinely cares – and shows it in how they work.

• Salary: $20 – $22 hourly
