Monarch Communities is seeking a Caregiver in New Jersey to support residents on 2nd or 3rd shift (2pm-10pm or 10pm-6am). The role is Full-Time and/or Part-Time, non-exempt, hourly, reporting to the Health & Wellness Director.
Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily activities per care plans, ensuring safety, dignity, and confidentiality, and recording services provided during shifts. CNAs or CHHAs preferred; dementia experience a plus.
