Are you looking to make a positive impact on people’s lives? Oasis Mental Health is recruiting Behavioral Health Technicians to provide treatment to patients experiencing depression across multiple clinics.
We bring a patient‑first approach and provide training and certification to administer Spravato and Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), as well as front‑office duties.
Compensation & Benefits

- Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour (based on experience/education)

Schedule:
8‑hour shifts, 8 AM‑7 PM, with flexibility based on patient needs. Candidates should be able to work with a flexible schedule.
- Administer TMS and Spravato therapy following clinical guidelines and protocols.
- Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
- Review medication and treatment info with each patient before sessions.
- Monitor treatment safety and clinical accuracy.
- Take patient vitals for Spravato treatment.
- Obtain and document informed consent.
- Record and document data for REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
- Use psychiatric rating scales (PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI) to benchmark progress.
- Identify and address obstacles or discomfort that could affect treatment.
- Demonstrate empathy, active listening, trust‑building with depressed and vulnerable patients.
- Maintain accurate treatment session notes and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members for high quality care.
- Greet and welcome patients at the facility.
- Collect out‑of‑pocket payments from patients.
- Schedule treatments and manage administrative tasks.
- Handle basic insurance and billing questions or escalations.
- High school graduate.
- General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
- Knowledge of local insurance payers.
- Basic Life Safety Certification (training and certification provided).
- Customer service experience.
- Patient‑centric mentality.
- Passion for mental health and helping others.
- Strong work ethic, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
- Communication with respect for patients and colleagues.
- Detail‑oriented.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods.
