Locals are considered within 75 miles and will receive $-3 in the bill rate.
Requirements:
- ARRT (R) Required to be IN HAND
- BLS; ACLS preferred but not required
- NJ State Radiography License (Can submit without, 1-2 weeks to obtain)
- COVID vaccine + booster required (no exemptions)
Schedule:
4x
Call: one night a week from and 1 weekend every 4 weeks from Friday 1900-Monday 0630. MUST be within 30 minutes of facility in order to take call.

Need to be able to scrub on cases and assist the interventionalist. Interventional radiology, Vascular Radiology, Neuro Vascular Radiology - Special Equipment:
Bi-Plane X-ray, Single Plane X-ray
Travel Compliance Required at Submission:
- Proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination series and booster
- One supervisory/manager reference dated within one year of the assignment start date
- Current New Jersey or Compact nursing license (if applicable)
- All required Allied licenses/certifications unless otherwise noted in the job description
- Current Nursys verification for all RN submissions
Candidate Requirements:
- Prior permanent employees are not eligible for travel assignments
- Local candidates (within 75 miles) are accepted at the local rate
- New Jersey Employment Verification:
For RN and Allied candidates who have worked in New Jersey within the past 7 years:
Verify the employer name, address, and phone number for each NJ employer. Update the candidate profile prior to submission. Accurate employment history is required for the facility's CN-9 review. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay or prevent placement. - Clinical Testing: RNs must successfully pass a Basic Arrhythmia Exam. Minimum passing score is 80%. No retakes are permitted. Candidates should be proficient in:
Systematic EKG rhythm interpretation, Heart rate calculations, Identification of atrial, ventricular, junctional, paced rhythms, and heart blocks
Floating:
Travelers assigned to Valley Hospital Paramus or the Valley Hospital Float Pool must float, as needed, to the Ridgewood Observation Unit.
Start Requirements:
Pre-Employment Requirements Begin required lab work within two business days of offer acceptance. Failure to do so may result in assignment cancellation. Modules Modules are completed pre-start, during orientation, and annually, as required by specialty. Up to 8 hours of orientation modules are non-billable and included in NBO. Modules completed after orientation are billable at the regular rate. Module completion is tracked through self-reporting, transcripts, and facility records.
