R3 Continuum is searching for diverse and compassionate behavioral health professionals like you to expand our network in Paramus and surrounding areas in New Jersey. You would be providing on-site crisis support to organizations and employees recently affected by a disruptive workplace event.

Requirements- Independently licensed in the State of New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice and Professional Liability Insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000
- Willing to complete R3C's Critical Incident Response training or proof of approved CIR training.
