The Guest Service Associate is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality services to guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
CompensationHourly base pay is $15.25 per hour plus tips.
Work ScheduleWeekend, part-time.

Essential Functions- Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co‑workers, and clients.
- Acknowledge and greet guests within five feet with a professional and friendly demeanor. Use guests’ last names during interactions. Use salutations of the day and welcome guests.
- Practice proper phone etiquette and post up in designated areas when not completing tasks.
- Park and retrieve vehicles while driving slowly and cautiously, assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, open all vehicle and hotel doors, and provide directions, taxis, reservations, and other inquiries.
- Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival. Issue and collect claim checks, maintain all ticket information, calculate and collect revenue for vehicles where needed.
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Licensure: Must hold a valid driver’s license for the state of employment.
- Work Experience: One month of related experience and/or training.
- Knowledge: Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Skills: Ability to read/write standard English, follow instructions and correspondences, present information, perform basic arithmetic with money, understand 24‑hour time, rates, manual transmission operation, and parallel parking.
The job is routine; decisions are made within departmental guidelines. Employees control resources available only.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsEmployees are required to sit or stand for extended periods, run or walk, handle objects, reach with hands, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly. Outdoor duty, exposure to heat and cold; up to 5% travel.
