Guest Service Associate – Overview

Provide exceptional hospitality services to guests in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner. Duties include parking and retrieving vehicles, assisting with luggage, offering directions and reservations, and delivering messages and amenities.

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with all guests, coworkers and clients.
• Greet guests within five feet, use their last names, and offer a proper salutation of the day.
• Practice proper phone etiquette and remain available while not actively completing tasks.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and courteously, driving slowly and cautiously while operating a manual transmission (highly desirable).
• Assist guests with bell services and luggage storage, opening all vehicle and hotel doors.
• Provide directions, taxi information, reservations, and other inquiries about the facility and local attractions.
• Deliver items, messages, and guest amenities upon request.
• Shuttle guests to approved locations as directed by the site.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival and issue claim checks after receiving vehicle keys.
• Complete and maintain all ticket information (key tag, guest folio, vehicle location, damage survey, claim check receipt) and calculate revenue when required.
• Perform all job functions within 100% of allotted time, following established policies and procedures.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license for the state of assignment or within a commutable distance.
• Minimum one month related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer and personal service principles.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend standard English; basic arithmetic with money.
• Understanding of 24‑hour and military time, rate calculations, and driver’s manual transmission skills.
• Physical capability to sit or stand for extended periods, walk, run, lift up to 100pounds occasionally, and perform manual lifting and carrying tasks.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and overnight shifts with open availability.

$16.90 per hour plus tips. Pay based on qualifications, experience, education, and location.

Shift work includes nights, weekends, and overnight hours. Duties performed outdoors during the entire shift, with exposure to environmental conditions. Must balance, lift, and move objects up to 100pounds occasionally. Role demands regular communication and physical activity.
