Ready to break into high-level executive recruiting? We're seeking a driven, organized, and proactive In-House Executive Recruiter to support executive and healthcare leadership searches. This is an opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and play a key role in identifying and securing top talent.

• Source and engage executive and leadership-level candidates
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• Conduct reference checks and assist with offer coordination
• Develop creative recruiting strategies to fill challenging positions

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (healthcare recruiting a plus)
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
• Experience identifying passive candidates through networking, referrals, and direct outreach
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Professional, discreet, and comfortable working with senior leadership
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
