Azar International Inc is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time HR Assistant to join our warehouse team in Kingston, PA! • Support day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, recordkeeping, and employee inquiries
• Assist with recruiting efforts such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire paperwork
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR databases
• Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping, and attendance tracking for warehouse staff
• Support compliance with company policies, labor laws, and safety regulations
• Serve as a point of contact for warehouse employees regarding HR-related questions and concerns
• Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives and warehouse communications

• Prior experience in HR, administrative support, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
• Available to work part-time hours with flexibility as needed
