As a Package Consultant specializing in Workday HCM and Compensation, you will implement and support the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients.
ResponsibilitiesYou will apply consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet the client's business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Plan and Configure Solutions:
Plan, gather requirements, and configure the Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet the client's business needs, ensuring a successful implementation. - Conduct Fit Analysis:
Perform fit analysis to identify client requirements and map them to the Workday solution, identifying any gaps or areas for customization. - Resolve Configuration Issues:
Resolve configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, providing timely and effective solutions to clients. - Deliver Post‑Implementation Support:
Provide post‑implementation support to clients, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the continued success of the implemented solution. - Collaborate with Clients:
Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Workday HCM Configuration:
Experience with configuring Workday core HCM and core compensation modules to meet client business needs, including planning, gathering requirements, and unit testing. - Fit Analysis and Gap Identification:
Experience in performing fit analysis to identify client requirements and mapping them to the Workday solution, identifying any gaps or areas for customization. - Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting:
Experience with resolving configuration and functional issues across various core HCM and core compensation modules, providing timely and effective solutions to clients. - Packaged Solution Expertise:
Experience applying consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to configure the system to meet client business needs. - Implementation and Support:
Experience with implementing and supporting Workday core HCM and core compensation modules for clients, including rollout and post‑implementation support.
- Advanced Workday Configuration:
Experience with advanced Workday configuration, including complex data imports, exports, and integrations, to meet unique client business needs. - Multi‑Module Expertise:
Experience with multiple Workday modules, including core HCM, core compensation, and other related modules, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. - Industry‑Specific Knowledge:
Experience with industry‑specific regulations, laws, and best practices related to HCM and compensation, to provide tailored solutions to clients.
