• Implement Service Now Solutions:
  Design and configure Service Now modules to align with client requirements, ITIL processes, and service management best practices, ensuring budget compliance and client negotiation.
• Develop Cost‑Benefit Models:
  Prepare detailed cost‑benefit models to inform solution design and effort estimation.
• Lead Team Strategy:
  Guide the team in developing a Service Now strategy, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
• Maintain Technical Expertise:
  Stay current with web technologies (XML, HTML, Web Services) and technical components (LDAP, VPN, SSL).
• Deliver Solution Designs:
  Contribute to solution design through effort estimation, costing, and ensuring alignment with ITIL processes.

This role can be performed from anywhere in the US.

• Service Now Module Configuration:
  Experience designing and configuring Service Now modules aligned with ITIL processes.
• Cost‑Benefit Analysis:
  Experience working with cost‑benefit models for solution design and effort estimation.
• Technical Component Knowledge:
  Experience with XML, HTML, Web Services and technical components like LDAP, VPN, SSL.
• ITIL Process Alignment:
  Proven ability to align solutions with ITIL processes and service management best practices.
• Solution Design Development:
  Experience contributing to solution design through effort estimation and costing.

• Additional Service Now Modules:
  Experience with other Service Now modules beyond those specified.
• Industry-Specific Knowledge:
  Familiarity with healthcare or finance industries.
