Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience with technology deployment
- Must be comfortable imaging, deploying & testing software
- Experience troubleshooting basic hardware & software issues and working directly with end users.
Insight Global is seeking two Deployment Technicians to support a large-scale device rollout for a healthcare client in North Jersey. These technicians will assist with deploying laptops, desktops, and peripherals in a Windows environment for the main hospital and Epic training rooms. Responsibilities include hardware setup, device swaps, cable management, and imaging/configuring devices. Candidates should have a basic understanding of troubleshooting, experience working with ticketing systems, and exposure to Epic.
Once rollout is complete, they will be responsible for providing post–go-live technical support to ensure continued efficiency. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow a structured deployment schedule to meet project deadlines are essential.
