Insurance Defense Attorney - NJ

Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm seeking to add an associate and partner level attorney with 3-10+ years' of experience to our growing Paramus office. You must work well individually and as part of a legal team, and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.

We are seeking attorneys with experience in personal injury litigation and/or insurance defense. Associates must have motion and law experience. Partners must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.

Motivated, self-starters need only apply.

Must be currently licensed to practice law in NY and/or NJ, with NY a plus.

Education:

· Juris Doctorate (Required)

License:

· New York Bar in Good Standing (Preferred)

· New Jersey Bar in Good Standing (Required)
