Duties- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court hearings and trials.
- Negotiate settlements and manage client communications.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense.
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
- Licensed to practice law in New Jersey.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
