Octapharma USA is searching for a Paralegal to join our team. The Paralegal provides administrative and legal support to the Compliance, Legal, and Regulatory Department. This person assists with contract administration, legal document management, corporate records, compliance program activities, and regulatory documentation while helping ensure the organization operates in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. The role offers an opportunity to gain experience in an in-house legal environment within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

This position is required to be on-site in Paramus, NJ 5 days a week

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field required.

Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.

Basic understanding of legal terminology, contract administration, and legal document management.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

2+ years of paralegal, legal administrative, compliance, or related professional experience.

Internship or prior experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, healthcare organization, or regulated industry preferred.

Experience managing documents, records, or contracts is a plus.
